WHO I AM

I'm Rosie, an Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Practitioner and qualified Pilates Instructor. I work full time in the NHS, though I am currently on maternity leave, and I have a passion for Pilates. I am currently running one class on a Monday evening.

As your Physiotherapist Pilates Instructor, I will use my expertise in anatomy, physiology and movement analysis to help you to achieve your goals.  

 

Qualifications

- MACP, Advanced Clinical Practice, Distinction 

- MSc (Pre-reg) Physiotherapy, Distinction 

- BSc Sport & Exercise Science, First Class Hons 

- APPI Pilates Instructor 

- APPI Ante & Post Natal Pilates 

- Certified in acupuncture and sports massage 

- HCPC and CSP registered
